How do I get free 24-hour delivery?

All orders above $500 include free 24-hour delivery within the greater Philadelphia area. This also applies to pickup for items (or groups of items) for which we pay over $500. All other deliveries and pickups will be priced according to the distance from the location of the item or items.

How do I add photos?

We will respond with an email or text to your original inquiry which will ask you for photos of your item. Please send the pictures of your gear back to us so we can assess its condition before making an offer.

What if I don't know enough information about my item?

That's okay! Tell us as much information as possible. We will do our best to give you the best price we can with the information available.
